What is the exchange policy?
- If you need to exchange for a different size (Must be in stock), You will be charged the shipping fees.
- The item must be with its perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Customers can exchange each item only once—once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
- Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How does shipping and delivery work?
- Order Processing: Orders typically take 4-7 business days to be processed and fulfilled from our
warehouse. - Delivery Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Inside Alexandria: 3-5 business days
- Other Governorates: 4-7 business days
- Delivery Attempts: The shipping company will attempt to deliver your package three times. If you are unable to receive the package during any of these attempts, it will be returned to us.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you have to place another order.
